Due to the personalized nature of astrological and numerological consultations, all fees paid for Individual or Family Complete Solution packages are strictly non-refundable.
If you decide to cancel a consultation booking before analysis work has begun, you may request a reschedule. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the booked slot. Refund requests for cancellations will not be entertained.
In case of duplicate transactions for the same order due to network errors, please email us with bank statements. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded within 5-7 working days to the original payment source.
